The File
Laura is the fastest packer on the line and the only one who can read the training manual, so she always gets stuck with the new hire. Her rate is dropping and so is her patience.
She does not fight with customers. She packs for them. When a Karen leaves a one star review, Laura makes sure the next box has a little something extra and a handwritten note.
She tells it like it is, and she is usually right. The night shift is easier because nobody expects anything from you.
